Alright, this is rather different from my usual uploads. Here we have a wallpaper. In fact, it's a FAN-wallpaper for a One-Shot story called "Well Noted" [link] by an author called Star the Hedgecat. She's pretty damn good at one-shots, I must say, and you're gonna have to read "Well Noted" if you want to understand this wallpaper.
As of now, it is my new wallpaper. it's free to use, but you're gonna want to like the story first. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
